Bob's expertise with occupational health and safety services, financial management, marketing, and human resource management helped him create and grow Midwest Safety Counselors into the thriving business it is today. After almost 30 successful years, he and his wife Jodi still serve in a leadership, visionary, and mentoring role to the entire team at MSC as we continue to grow our market share and exceed the expectations of our customers.

Scott is a Board Certified Safety Professional (CSP), has a Master of Science Degree in Risk Control, and is an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer. He has also served his community as a Firefighter/EMT. Joining MSC in 1999 after working on the East Coast as an EHS Director and Corporate Auditor for a fortune 50 company, he now provides leadership and guidance in all our professional services.

Amy studied at Rasmussen College and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. She has years of experience in customer service and her primary responsibilities include leading our sales and technical service processes working with both customers and vendors. Her product expertise, positive energy, and professionalism are a tremendous asset to both our customers and the MSC team.

Robert graduated from Minnesota State University - Mankato with a major in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing. He is our Iowa Territory Sales Manager and in addtion to product sales, he has expertise in monitor repair and calibration as well as respirator quantitative fit testing serving customers throughout the Midwest.

John joined Midwest Safety almost ten years ago with a backgound in Fire and Rescue as well as construction. As our Site Lead, he leverages his extensive experience and knowledge of petrochemical operations to provide mentorship to our team of onsite safety professionals and the contractors we support. John spends his free time as a ski coach (coaching a team at the Jr. Championships).

Heather is a graduate of Minnesota State Mankato with a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Zoology). She has extensive experience with customer service and inside sales. When not working, she enjoys being with friends and family. She also likes to play with my two dogs/office coworkers Bentley and Lucy.

Craeg has his OSHA 30 Construction Certification along with expertise in our entire catalog of technical services including inspection and service of respiratory, gas monitoring and fall protection systems. He brings management experience along with customer service skills to our team in execution of technical services to our customer base.

Josh has a Masters Degree in Risk Control and served our country as a United States Marine stationed in San Diego, CA. A skilled communicator and problem solver, he supports our EHS objectives at the Pine Bend Refinery in Rosemount, MN.

Phillip served our country in the Wisconsin National Guard including two tours in Iraq. His professional background includes management in warehouse and maintenance settings, as well as Fire Safety and Security. Phillip uses his knowledge and experience to serve our customers in Petrochemical and Construction Services.

Joe recently joined our team at our largest petrochemical customer. His education and experience in construction makes him a great asset. He leverages his knowledge and experience to support our petrochemical EHS efforts.

Paul's impressive background includes education as a science teacher, industrial hygiene with SGS Galson Labs, and serving as a firefighter/AEMT with the Kingsville Fire Department. Paul has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health from East Tennesee State and holds the ASP certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He is currently focused on serving our petrochemical contractors as a Safety Professional at the Pine Bend Refinery in Rosemount, MN.
